Return & Refund Policy

At MROSS, we’re committed to providing quality products and an exceptional customer experience. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • Have all original tags attached.
  • Be free of stains, odors, pet hair, or damage.
  • Be returned in its original packaging whenever possible.

Items that do not meet these requirements may not qualify for a refund or exchange.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.


Exchanges

Need a different size?

We offer exchanges within 30 days of delivery, subject to product availability. If your requested size is unavailable, you may choose either a refund (if eligible) or store credit.


Final Sale Items

The following items are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Physical CDs
  • Digital music downloads
  • Gift cards
  • Clearance or discounted merchandise marked as Final Sale


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery by using our Contact page or emailing hello@mrossworld.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and its packaging

We’ll review your request and work quickly to resolve the issue with a replacement or refund.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item arrived damaged.
  • The item is defective.
  • We shipped the wrong product.

For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping service. MROSS is not responsible for returns lost or damaged during transit.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the status of your refund.

If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund after it has been issued.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 15 minutes of purchase.

After this time, your order may already be processing and can no longer be canceled.
