Order Processing


Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).


Once your order has been processed and shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.


During new product launches, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience and support.


Shipping Times


Estimated delivery times after your order has shipped:


  • United States: 3–7 business days
  • International: 7–21 business days (where available)


Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, carrier delays, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.


Shipping Rates


Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order, shipping destination, and selected shipping method.


Any available free shipping promotions will be displayed at checkout.


Order Tracking


Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.


Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become available after you receive your shipping confirmation.


Lost or Delayed Packages


MROSS is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, customs, or other events outside of our control.


If your package appears to be lost or has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us at hello@mrossworld.com, and we’ll do our best to assist you.


Incorrect Shipping Address


Please verify that your shipping address is correct before placing your order.


MROSS is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.


If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at hello@mrossworld.com. We’ll do our best to update your address before your order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun.

Damaged Packages


If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery by emailing hello@mrossworld.com.


Please include:


  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item
  • Photos of the shipping packaging


We’ll review your request and work quickly to resolve the issue.
